Post 1: Lifetime=Scam
Ok, I can see that there's a trend on the layout sites to get the
Lifetime premium. My gosh that's just a huge scam by xanga.
I remember setting up a new account (very much like this
one), and seeing how when setting up everything (profile picture, 3
web enteries, 10 comments, 5 friends, confirming email, Adding 5
blogrings, and subscribing to 6 other people would get someone about
4000+ points, plus when a newbie comments, each comment is worth
about 400 points. Seeing how I wanted an easy way to actually get a
lifetime to only get rid of those annoying google ads, I decided to
just comment until I reached over 100,000 credits in order to get a
lifetime.
[Edit: Xanga decided to change this policy by only giving 2000
credits if you complete everything above.Plus to keep lifetime would
be to pay credit card and to maintain it!]
And I did, but I only got lifetime for 2 days (not for a
lifetime).
Essentially, the moral of the story is that
lifetime is a scam because xanga's only interest is to get people to
pay by credit card in order to have the lifetime. That and getting
advertisements to pay money to show their ads on this site, which
will thus lead to my next post about Advertisements on this
site...
Next post: Is about those annoying Google ads
in all seriousness....(Check in two weeks from now...)
